Pivotal Marketing Suite

 

This enterprise level Campaign Management and Marketing Automation suite can be used as a stand alone solution or integrated into the rest of Pivotal's CRM suite or others. Examples have already been carried out with SAP, Siebel, Onyx etc.

 

The base product provides features for scheduling, design, testing, execution, reporting and analysis, as standard. In addition modules that enhance the product for use across the whole customer life cycle from acquisition to retention, up selling and cross selling can be purchased (see the module list below). These modules are a short cut for work that could be done with the base product but represent a very cost effective way of building functions quicker.
